In the case of prospecting by email people never having had previous commercial contact with Nuvia, we ensure that the e-mailing lists have been obtained fairly and legally. This means that the addressee is aware that his or her address may be used by a third party and has the possibility to refuse the sharing of his or her address. Furthermore, we verify that any e-mailing list used has been declared to the CNIL (see above).
